♦ What sessions will be offered at ArenaSphere?

Prior to online registration opening, a spreadsheet with this information will be available for download. To expedite the registration process, it is recommended that you use this spreadsheet to pre-select your sessions prior to registering.

♦ Do I need my laptop for any of the training sessions?

Yes. While there will be a few computers available, we strongly encourage you to bring your laptop and power cord.

Registration Questions

♦ What is the deadline to sign up for ArenaSphere?

-The deadline to reserve your hotel room at the group rate is April 16, 2010.
-The deadline for general registration for new attendees is May 3, 2010.
-The deadline for selecting and changing sessions online is May 10, 2010.

♦ What information will I need for ArenaSphere online registration?

-Credit card number and billing address information
-Arrival and departure dates

♦ If I have registered for ArenaSphere and am unable to attend, can someone else from my company attend in my place?

Yes. Please go to the Policies page for details.

♦ What amount will be charged on my credit card for ArenaSphere registration?

The price for ArenaSphere is $549.00 USD. However, there is a special reduced rate of $499.00 USD for attendees who stay at Caesars (within the pre-arranged room block). You will be charged the full amount ($549.00 USD or $499.00 USD, according to your registration) no matter how many sessions you attend.

♦ When will my credit card be charged for ArenaSphere registration?

The registration fee will be billed to your credit card immediately upon registering for the event, and an invoice will be sent to your attention via e-mail. Your credit card line item will state "ArenaSphere."

♦ What are the cancellation policies for ArenaSphere?

Hotel Questions

♦ What information will I need to make hotel reservations?

During the online registration process, you will be asked if you would like to reserve a hotel room at Caesars. To make hotel reservations, you will be asked the following:
   -arrival and departure dates
   -room preferences
   -number of adults and children in room
   -credit card information

♦ Can I call the hotel directly?

No, Rockwell Software has received a special ArenaSphere event rate that will ONLY be available through the ArenaSphere online registration process. Please note: If you go through your travel agent or direct, you will not be eligible for the ArenaSphere hotel rate.

♦ What is the ArenaSphere hotel rate?

All rates shown are nightly and do not include 12% tax. The ArenaSphere rate is available up to 3 days prior to the event dates, as well as 3 days after the event has concluded. Non-event dates are subject to availability.
-Caesars Palace: $140.00 USD per night, plus tax.

♦ Will my credit card be billed for hotel expenses prior to my arrival?

No. However, the hotel may routinely place an authorization request that acts as a "hold" against a certain amount of the available credit in your account. This hold provides the hotel with a level of assurance that they will be paid for services or products. When you check out, your card will be billed for the exact amount of your stay. Contact the hotel for any discrepancies in your billing or for additional information.

♦ What is the deadline for ArenaSphere hotel registration?

The deadline for hotel reservations is April 16, 2010

♦ Can I arrive at the hotel the weekend before or stay later and get the same rate?

Attendees and their guests may check in as early as May 14, 2010, and receive the group rate. Late checkouts are valid at the group rate until the check out date of May 20, 2010. Both are subject to availability.

♦ If I decide later to make, cancel, or add people to my hotel reservation, how do I go about doing that?

The ability to make changes to your hotel registration is available through the ArenaSphere online registration.

♦ What if I forgot to reserve a hotel room or I had problems registering for one online?

You can go back into the ArenaSphere online registration process (even after selecting and paying for classes) and still register for a hotel room, or make changes to your hotel registration.

♦ Can I use a different credit card when I get to the hotel?

Yes. Any other method of payment that the hotel accepts may be used at the time of your departure to cover the nights of your stay or any additional incurred charges.

♦ Can I stay at an unlisted hotel?

Although you're welcome to stay at any hotel you like, due to the logistics during the event, we strongly recommend that all attendees stay in the event hotel. Attendees who stay at Caesars will receive $50 off their registration fee and complimentary parking for the duration of their stay.

Miscellaneous Event Questions

♦ Where will ArenaSphere 2010 be held?

ArenaSphere 2010 will be held at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, Nevada.

♦ What is included in my ArenaSphere registration fee?

   -Continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks served daily
   -ArenaSphere Registration Packet
   -Tuesday — Hospitality Event
   -Your selected sessions

♦ Is there an emergency number during the event?

Yes. The ArenaSphere event office will have an emergency phone number that will be posted at a later date.

♦ Are there any hospitality events during the week?

Yes, on Tuesday – Dinner and Entertainment

♦ Can I bring guests to the hospitality events?

Tuesday Night Hospitality — Yes, there is a $50 charge per guest payable during online registration or during business hours at the event at the information desk.
